How can you pray ? (see updates in red)
May 5-23 CBU is sending a 10 member nursing student team to learn about medical missions and work along side our medical personal in church planting, evangelism and medicine. Doug has specifically designed a program to teach them to be Kingdom Health workers. Please pray for these things specifically.
May 11, 16, and 19th are mobile clinic days in areas we and our staff are working to plant churches. Pray the Lord will move in miraculous ways in Klong Kuan, Plang Yao, and Sanamchay
May 10, 15, and 18th our CBU team will join some of our staff to canvass the areas the day before our clinics and invite people to come in the morning. In the afternoon our team will be giving testimonies and teaching health lessons to women who work for Thai Country Trim.
Throughout the time our CBU team is here we will be making home visits to invalids as well. Pray the Lord will use that to reach to the hearts of these people and their families.
June 6-10 A team CSM church in South Mountain Phx AZ is coming to do an English camp at a high school in Plang Yao that we have not had access to before, but we have 2 kids in our youth group at Plang Yao who go there. We want to start a Summit Club there where we will go once a week to teach kids English and Bible after school. Pray we can start that shortly after our week with them.
June 20-24 We have a mobile medical team coming from California, (former CBU grads in medical school and pharmacy school) We are going to 2 places in our areas Ban Pho and Plang Yao and then on to Gamphangphet and Nakorn Swan. Pray the Lord will use us to plant new churches in those areas.
July 11-15 Gary is bringing a team from Gateway Baptist Gilbert to do an English camp back at the school where he worked last year. We have since had a great connection with the school and started a Summit club there. Pray the Lord will bring more students to Christ in Ban Pho and a church will be started there.
July 25-29 Forest Park Joplin is coming back for their 13th year we will be traveling to Isaan to aid some church planting work there using our mobile clinics to share Christ with people who have never heard.
August 8-12 A team of Christian health professionals and children's workers are coming from Phx Arizona on a team with Dr. Steve Hoshiwara. This team will be traveling south and working in Hua Hin with national partners to do mobile clinics in areas where they are trying to start a church.
September 5-9 A team from Tennesee will be coming to do mobile clinics in Isaan. Details to follow.
October 10-14 A team from Lake Havasu are coming to do mobile clinics in Isaan. Details to follow.
November 14-18 Southwest Park Baptist in Abilene are coming to do mobile clinics. Details to follow.
